HOW IT STARTED?

Mr. Madhusudan Agrawal – Co Founder & Vice Chairman of Ajanta Pharma Ltd, always felt inspired looking at his late father, Mr. Bhagwandas Agrawal’s initiative to clean his village, Risod, in Washim District of Maharashtra. He realised that there is tremendous effort required to educate local citizens to form a habit of disposing waste properly. He used his good offices to connect with all the local government bodies to formulate this education drive and implemented it. The Foundation has committed to run the program for a minimum period of 3 years.
